How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping is a fixed monthly fee based on your transaction volume and number of accounts. Catch-up and cleanup are fixed project prices. You get the price in writing after a short review, before any work starts.
Do you do taxes?
No. We are a bookkeeping firm, not a CPA firm. We deliver tax-ready books and a year-end package to your CPA or tax preparer, and we do not provide tax, audit or attest services.
My books are behind or a mess. Can you still help?
Yes. That is most of what we do. We catch you up or clean up first at a fixed price, then keep the books current every month.
What software do you use?
QuickBooks Online and Xero, plus the tools that feed them: Gusto, Stripe, Shopify, Square, Bill.com and more. If you are on QuickBooks Desktop or spreadsheets, we migrate you.
Is there a contract?
Month to month, with 30 days' notice. Your QuickBooks or Xero file stays in your name, so you can leave at any time with everything in it.
